About-Author

Hello…
My name is Chase Brumfield.
By all accounts I’m an average college student with a sense that there might just be no such thing as average. I happend to stumble upon both contemplative and centering prayer through the divine fortue of a few fellow friends along with a providencial trip to a the little town of Trapphist, Kentucky. So with a poor understanding of some things meaningful, I’ve decided to share my journey with you. If you’ve never heard of centering or contemplative prayer, I sincerely hope you take some time to read a few posts and perhaps take some time just to be silent.
I would also like to make note that all faiths… or lack there of… are welcomed and encouraged to visit and dialogue on the site. It is my supreme desire that in some small way this site will become a haven for the God which both transcends and in some sense preceeds religion… a haven for the realization that we may all be One. I am most certainly guilty of my own “religion”, which I love and adore… However, sometimes letting these things go in hopes of grasping what they represent can awaken in us a new life, a more free life. So enjoy, become a member, comment on posts, and most of all, discover the divine.
If you have any questions or comments about anything regarding this site or me in general (although I can assure you I’m most likely not as interesting as you may think) feel free to email me at movementprayer@gmail.com.
See Ya,
Chase Brumfield
